1
Costs
Achieving optimal health is a valuable journey, and your contribution plays a key role in supporting this process. It reflects your commitment to your wellness and recognizes the care provided by the Registered Dietitian.
Contributions can be financial or something of personal value—whether it’s money, a physical gift, or a skill or service like a yoga class, art session, or something else that reflects your unique talents. We encourage you to give in a way that feels meaningful to you and supports the ongoing impact of this work.
2
Labs
If you do not have any recent lab tests (within the last 6 months) and are unable to obtain them through your health insurance, we offer lab testing services ranging from $5 to $100, depending on the specific tests required for your health goals. After your comprehensive assessment at the start of the program, we will provide you with a list of recommended tests to consider.
3
One on One Virtual Meetings with me
The program includes a minimum of three virtual sessions. Additional sessions may be recommended based on your progress.
