My Approach

​I have embraced ancient wisdom practices throughout my life, guided by my ancestors and the spiritual beings who walk with me. The Indigenous Filipino and Ayurvedic paths are deeply intertwined, shaping my life journey in deep harmony.

Blending Ancient Wisdom, Western knowledge, and my own life experiences, I’ve come to understand that wellness is a deeply personal journey—there is no single path to balance. Each person’s well-being is shaped by their unique body, mind, and spirit. My intention is to guide others in discovering their own way of cultivating harmony and health in a way that truly resonates with them. I focus on the whole person, considering their environment, lifestyle, nutrition, emotions, past trauma, and spiritual and mental well-being.

My mission is to support and empower you as you take charge of your health. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and encouragement as you discover your own path to wellness. Together, we’ll make informed choices that nurture both your body and spirit, helping you live a life full of vitality and joy.

Many individuals experience eating patterns or attitudes that can reflect the characteristics of an eating disorder, often without realizing it. These behaviors may go undiagnosed or unrecognized, even though they can impact overall health and well-being. To ensure we can provide the most appropriate care, I kindly ask that you complete an Eating Attitudes Self Assessment before starting our program.

My goal is to help guide you toward the care that best fits your needs, and to make sure you receive the most effective support on your wellness journey.
